About TCHM
An outside perspective, built around your business
The Corporate Health Movement is an Australian workforce health and risk consultancy. We help organisations manage complex injury and workforce issues, strengthen internal systems and act earlier to reduce avoidable cost and disruption.
Our Story
Built from experience, not theory
The Corporate Health Movement was founded on a straightforward observation: most organisations want to manage workforce health and well-being well, but the systems, processes and capability to do it consistently are rarely in place.
Too often, injury cases drift. Managers feel underprepared. HR becomes the default escalation point for issues that should have been caught earlier. Good intentions exist, but without a clear framework behind them, outcomes are inconsistent and the cost accumulates quietly.
The Corporate Health Movement was established to close that gap. We work with organisations to resolve the immediate issues in front of them while building the internal capability to manage similar situations more effectively in the future. The goal is not dependency on external support, it is an organisation that handles these challenges with confidence.
Geoff works directly with each client, building strong relationships with the business, medical practitioners and injured workers. This allows him to turn medical recommendations into practical workplace action and build alignment around safe, meaningful return-to-work outcomes.
Geoff Brown has spent his career working at the intersection of workforce health, injury management, organisational performance and well-being. He brings a practical, commercially grounded perspective to complex workforce challenges, one shaped by years of work with organisations.
His work spans injury management and return-to-work advisory, early intervention system design, psychosocial risk assessment, and manager capability development. He is known for identifying the patterns and underlying system issues that others miss and for translating that insight into advice that organisations can actually act on.
There are no junior consultants or templated deliverables. Every engagement is shaped around the specific situation, the people involved and the outcomes that matter most to the business.
How We Work
The principles behind our advisory
Practical over theoretical
We focus on what can actually be implemented in your environment, not what looks good in a report or satisfies a compliance checklist.
Commercially aware
Workforce health decisions happen inside a business context. Our advice is proportionate, realistic and designed to make sense to the people who have to act on it.
Capability focused
We aim to build your team's capability, not create ongoing dependency. The goal is an organisation that manages these issues confidently, with or without external support.
Direct and honest
We tell clients what we actually think. If a situation is more complex than it appears, or a proposed solution is unlikely to work, we say so.
Industries We Serve
Experience across a range of Australian industries
We work with organisations of varying size and structure across a broad range of sectors. Our approach adapts to the specific regulatory environment, workforce profile and operational context of each client.
Work with someone who has seen it before
If you are dealing with a workforce health challenge that feels difficult to resolve, let's have a practical conversation about what is happening and what would help most.
No obligation. No sales pitch. Just a practical conversation.
